Crack along one side of leadingadge, was full of water. Now looks dry. My idea is to fill whole wing with epoxy using small holes. Any experience or suggestions?

Very common delamination problem in the first generation Impulse wings due to a factory "mistake". They apparently missed a step in the manufacturing process. LF is replacing wings like this under warranty. Contact your dealer for a new wing (that will not delaminate).

If they don't replace and you need to fix, just filling with epoxy won't cut it. You'll need something to hold the 2 separated parts together (i.e fiberglass, carbon, etc...).

You think epoxy is not enough to hold them together from inside? It's pretty strong.
I'm really don't want to mess outside.
I hope they replace it.

It's just like fixing a crack in plaster. You can use a filler but over time the crack will open up again. In this case, your epoxy is just a filler, it won't fix the structural damage.Reasonably easy fix with some fibers though

Glad it worked out. The newer ones don't have this problem.
