Is it just me or does the 12m Reo V5 feel like It turns slower than the V4? It's most definitely smoother just feels a tad slower. Or is this my imagination? I'm noticing it most when turning back across the window from low..

I would check the bridle. In drift mode setting for off/crossoff conditions the kite does move a tad slower. I rarely get the opportunity to ride in that setting as my local spots are more cross cross on.

Thats not my experience. The V5 definitely turns tighter than the V4 and drifts better too. Make sure you have the bridle set in the correct mode. The kite ships from Ozone in the "offshore" setting and I regularly see people who have never changed it. Most places in Oz the winds are side shore to side onshore and onshore, so the kite should be in the onshore setting most of the time.

Bar pressure increases slightly in the onshore setting, but the kite sits back a bit and drifts so much better. When its offshore and the kite is set in the offshore setting the kite will fly further forward and not sit behind the wave so much and still drifts extremely well.
