G'day seabreezers,

The new season is coming fast and Kiteboarding Australia with our State Assocations are kicking off season 2018-19 with a series of Season Launch Kiteboarding Expo's visiting every state this September.
Kiteboarding Australia is stoked to be partnering with the kiteboarding industry to bring all the later gear, tips & tricks to a beach near you.

There is no cost, everyone is welcome and everyone will have the chance to participate in a range of amazing giveaways and activities thanks to our partner brands.

New kiteboarders are encouraged to visit the expo's, this is a great opportunity to have a go of flying a trainer kite for the first time and meet the right people to get you involved in our great sport.

The BBQ will be fired so come down to your local beach to join the community for the official season launch. You could even walk home with a brand new kite for the summer!

The expos will take place between 12pm - 4pm

Locations
Saturday 1st September - Golden Beach, Sunshine Coast , Queensland
Saturday 8th September - Pier Road, St Kilda West Beach, Victoria
Saturday 15th September - Narrabeen SLSC, New South Wales

Great idea guys, but one thing, WIND, it's a vital ingredient to kiting event, here in WA you'll be very lucky to get some in September, maybe further north,Hope the wind gods are on your side,

Poor form Colin. You are bagging a volunteer organisation that is putting on free clinics for kids and demos, prizes etc. The term mafia is offensive! It suggests Illegal activities, racketeering, organised crime. It actually is defamatory. I'm not involved in the association (or even a member anymore) or the kite industry. All these are struggling to exist atm, let alone a down turn. Maybe show some of that compassion and support, that good people have shown you. Just sad attitudes like this.

Demo days are always good, my latest kite was the result of ActionSports letting me demo a kite I previously thought would be so so.. and ended up buying one.

So definitely it works Both ways and just hope there is some good wind on the day :)

I haven't seen many on Seabreeze show compassion for Collin.. All I've seen is active, healthy grown adults reply with smart #### comments and take the #### out of a bloke with MS..

BTW... I think the idea of joint demo / EXPO days promoted by the industry is an awesome idea..
