So few NE and so many southerlies this Summer. Any hot tips for decent southerly spots between Hawks Nest and Yamba? Desperate for more options. Cheers.

Try Woolgoolga (Flat Top) in a Southerly. Lake Cathie also meant to be ok.

Lake Cathie only works in SE, it is vary rare that the wind gets in ok, although this summer we have had lots of days like that, you only get around 100 meters of room, launch from lake Cathie beach side, don't go if there are too many people (lots of kids swim there) don't launch from the park side, if anything goes wrong with your launch you will be on the main road. Lots of places to put you kite in a tree.
