Hi Bear
On Sunshine Coast.. Open beach went fine Sunday.. Two doing down winder when I left.. Plenty space.. Few surf few swim few with dogs few with kids guy cycled past on the sand... No sitting obvious.. I got workout.. Probably 3 times normal midday foot traffic... Getting quieter by 2:30 ish.. Talked to life guards on arrival as standing enjoying conditions..
They were fine..
Cheers

How about you sneak nowhere and stay the **** home. Awhile ago i use to live at G-land, makes me a local - no it does not. Go to your local spot, or simply put to your question NO! Apologies for the bluntness - i have friends who also question the obvious and add smiley faces to lighten up the forum. Kite or surf local- simples

Winds will be southerly over the weekend so your local would be the best place for a kite anyway. Just stay home and be happy we are not the US, UK, Italy, Spain etc.

Hervey Bay near the pier yesterday was as busy as I've seen it in a while. Small area and almost a dozen kites out. As far as the local council is concerned, couldn't have been an issue as the Deputy Mayor was taking pictures.

Still own a property at Alex , have done for 40 years , ,property not rented out and registered for voting there
Live 50% there and here , so when i was asking for what every one is doing i wasn't asking permission from anyone to whether i can surf or kite , i was asking what is everyones take on the carona virus and the how the rules apply for water users no matter where you live
The sneak up to alex , well is what it is a light comment
By the way wind is poor anyway
Nice little wave here at Alex for a long board this morning
Hope every one stays safe
