Some video from last week, since there was too much wind to foil for me this weekend. 36 knots and coooold.

Great job, liked the camera not being on the kit, and good music! Gives me a better perspective of the gybe.

Nice downwind carves at the end of the vid
Thanks for posting.

Do you get regular wind in Austin?

Nice video and foiling, it reminded me of foiling on lake ray Hubbard and racing upwind with the yachts on Sunday afternoons.

I can certainly appreciate the time it takes to set up a video camera and editing, it's very difficult to get someone to sit and film you and for some the GoPro is the only assistant you can get on hand.

Thanks.
Wind is variable.I may get in 2-4 session's a week. But most of those are mixed slogging and foiling. Occasionally we get stellar days when I rarely drop off the foil. Typical this time of year... north front on its way, sucks up wind from the south. 18-24 knots. Winds go light and clock around to the north, then get blasted for a day with north winds. Crazy strong shifty gusts. Had a 28' trimaran flip over in front of my house last year. August is the worst month. Dead hot and still. May through mid July usually my favorite.

For sure. Thanks. I was pretty worn out after 4 hours when my wife comes down to the dock and wants to take some phone video. I reluctantly changed sails to the 3.6 as the wind was building. Drank a lot of pain killer (tequila) that night.
